Board of Directors
Your board of directors is currently controlled by the developer. When the community reaches 75% build-out, a new board of directors will be elected from among the homeowners.
Welcoming Committee
Remember how it felt to be new in the community? Wouldn't it be nice to have a personal welcome? This committee is being created for just that purpose. The Welcoming Committee will do such things as give personal welcomes to new residents including an introduction of the Adult community, list of HOA activities, community activities, HOA information, community maps, community business information and a personal invite to the monthly new resident Coffee Social.

Families In Need Committee
Each holiday season, Sundance residents give to the needy in our community. Residents work with Buckeye Social Services to identify and help Buckeye's most needy families. The goal is to make sure these families, especially the children, have food to eat, much needed clothing and a little something from Santa in their stocking.
The "Families in Need" special interest group encourages residents to get involved by helping fundraise all year round, by contributing toys and/or clothing and by donating money for food.
